Below are answers to some frequently asked questions to help guide you through our services.

1. What types of products do you offer?

We offer a variety of delicious baked goods, including custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries, and more. All items are made fresh to order, with options to cater to dietary restrictions like gluten-free or vegan.

2. What sweeteners do you use?

In Gluten-free and lactose-free cakes I use Erythritol (E.1), Isomalt (I.1) and Monk Fruit Extract. All of them are approved for use in Canada. In cookies, in addition to the above-mentioned sugar substitutes, I also use Agave Syrop and Maple Syrop.

3. What flour do you use?

In gluten-free cakes I use Rice Flour, Almonf Flour, Coconut Flour, Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch.

4. In what conditions should cakes be stored?

Cakes and cookies should be kept in the refrigerator for no more than 72 hours from the date of purchase. All of them can be frosen, and kept in a freezer up to three weeks. After de-frozen the taste is not change.

5. How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order through our website. Browse our menu, select your items, and proceed to checkout. After receiving your order, we will reach out to confirm details such as delivery and payment.

6. Can I customize my order?

Yes, we offer custom cakes and other treats for special occasions. Simply provide details about your design, flavor preferences, and any special requests in the order notes, or contact us directly for more specific customizations.

7. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery for orders within Comox Valley. Once your order is confirmed, we will discuss the delivery time and fee.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via e-Transfer. After placing your order, we will provide you with instructions for completing the payment.

9. How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing orders at least 5 days in advance for standard items, and 2 weeks for custom cakes or larger orders. This ensures we have enough time to prepare your order to perfection.

10. Do you have any allergen information?

Only you can know about your allergies, so it’s important to inform us about them. I’m happy to provide a detailed list of the ingredients I use in my desserts to help you make an informed decision. However, it is your responsibility to review the ingredients and consider your allergies. Please don’t hesitate to clarify any questions about allergens before placing your order.
